Most people walk in already worried they'll be sold something they don't need. We work the other way round: tell us what you actually do with the machine — office work, editing, gaming, school — and your budget, and we'll shortlist two or three options that fit, not the most expensive one on the shelf.
We stock both new and carefully checked pre-owned desktops and laptops, along with the parts that keep older machines useful for longer: RAM upgrades, SSDs, replacement batteries, chargers and everyday accessories like bags, mice and cooling pads.

Do you sell second-hand laptops?
Yes — we stock inspected pre-owned laptops alongside new ones, and we're upfront about battery health, screen condition and age on any used machine.
Can you upgrade my existing laptop instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. A RAM upgrade or swapping a hard drive for an SSD can noticeably extend a laptop's useful life for a fraction of the cost of a new one — ask us before you decide to replace.
Do you help set up a new PC for a small business or shop?
Yes, including configuring it for POS software, printers and everyday office use before handover.
