Step 1
Diagnosis first
We test the machine and identify the actual fault — not a guess — before quoting anything.
Full hardware and software repair: screens, keyboards, batteries, storage upgrades, operating system reinstalls, virus removal and honest diagnostics before any work starts.
A machine that won't boot, runs hot, or has slowed to a crawl usually has one or two specific causes — not a mystery. We start every repair with a proper diagnosis so you know exactly what's wrong and what it will cost before we touch anything.
We handle both hardware faults (broken screens, failing keyboards, worn-out batteries, dead storage) and software problems (virus and malware removal, operating system reinstalls, driver and update issues, blue screens and boot failures).
Step 1
We test the machine and identify the actual fault — not a guess — before quoting anything.
Step 2
You get a clear quote and realistic timeframe, and nothing happens until you say go ahead.
Step 3
Once fixed, we run the machine through normal use to confirm the problem is actually gone, not just masked.
Slowness is often fixable — a failing hard drive, a full startup list, or malware are common causes and cheap to resolve. We'll tell you honestly if the machine's age means replacement makes more sense.
In most cases yes, as long as the storage drive itself isn't physically destroyed. We'll assess this as part of diagnosis.
Most software issues and common hardware repairs are same-day. Anything needing an ordered part will get a realistic timeline upfront.
Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a clear price and a realistic timeline.
